Anxiety medication and intrusive thoughts

I started on Prozac last month. I was so scared of side effects that I only took half the dose. Now I feel like I messed up my brain even more. I’m having very intrusive and not good thoughts. I’m not suicidal but I’m scared of dying. I’m ready to quit my job and throw my life away. Has anyone experienced this with Prozac? Should I call my doctor

awww if I was you I'd ring the doctor to ask his opinion they like to give it a few more weeks for the prozac to get in your system but if your having suicidal tendency then I would definitely call your dr

How many mgs of Prozac are you taking?

5 because it was working in the begining for 3 weeks. But my practitioner said I shouldn’t up it because I shouldn’t feel like this and we’re going to try a new one
