Panic attacks

I lost my mom almost 2 years ago. Now I have this insane fear of dying. I’m scared to go to sleep that I won’t wake up. I’m having surgery on Monday and I have the worst fear / feeling of a complication and I’m going to die. I know gallbladder surgery is very common but having this anxiety is taking over me.
