My fever usually runs 97.6, today ( a week before my period) it was 98.6, I started freaking out and my temperature starting raising every time I took it , as high as 99.7..( thinking about Covid I panicked) I tried to calm myself down , relaxed this evening and it’s now 98.1. Gad anyone else experienced a similar scenario?

Yes my temp and everyone's temperature goes from 96 to 100 during the day. You just noticed because you are checking it.

Yep. If I’m worried at all about anything my temp will go up to 100. Your body is working really hard when you’re suffering from anxiety. It increases your body temp in a hot minute. Mine also increases when I eat. I remember one night a few weeks ago I took my temp because I was afraid of Covid and every time I took it I got more freaked out and it went from 98.3 to 100 in about 5 minutes. I had to just put the thermometer away until

I could calm down. Anxiety is rough.

Oh my god... you sound like me!!! I keep trying to stay away for it and my anxiety draws me to it and it freaks me out even more. The more I take it the higher it gets.. I literally feel my body burning as I’m taking it.

It sucks !
