I’ve been having a small bout with anxiety. Nothing I can’t handle as I’ve been here many times before. Anyway, I get so dizzy now from anxiety that I disassociate. On top of that it’s even bad when I sit or lay down. Any tips to help with dizziness / disassociation. Thanks.

I’m interested in hearing tips for this too. When I’m stressed and highly anxious I end up with a really foggy head, I can’t think straight and I get woozy and dizzy spells. It’s the most awful anxiety symptom for me and I’m now starting to feel spaced out or not really quite ‘with it’ - it’s so hard to explain.
For me, I’ve read that high dose Vit C can help process the cortisol/adrenaline and I *think* this is helping my head issues?
Hi guys ... i hade same problems and i did lot of tests and all test came nagative ... so i was taking Busporine and did not help .. than my PC told me why don't you try Clonazepam 0,5 mg as nedded and i try and it realy worked out for me ...
