Thinking everything is a sign help
It's a difficult time in the world right now, so you are not alone in struggling with anxiety. First, breathe. Try to do some self-care, things that help you relax. Meditation, yoga, calm music, journaling are all good things to try. Next, try not to read too much into symptoms. Take the precautions - washing hands, using sanitizer, wear mask in public, physically distance as much as possible. Then, if you do have symptoms, first rule out other things, like an allergy to high pollen counts. If symptoms last more than 3 days without improvement, it might warrant a dr visit. Try not to look for things to stress over. Maybe start a gratitude journal. Day 1-write 1 thing your grateful for, Day 2 - 2 things, etc. When you hit 5 you can just keep doing 5 (but feel free to list more). Then when you have a down day, read back through it to remind yourself it's not all that bad, and it can get good again. Prayers for peace and wisdom.
