Weird feeling

Hi

The past few days I’ve been feeling really low, night times are the worst can’t sleep at all. I’m also having this weird feeling in my left arm don’t really know how to explain but it’s weird. Having tightness in my chest too. Really scarey makes me feel worried and scared.

Can anyone help? Why am I feeling like this

It’s because your anxious. Everyone who suffers with any form of anxiety has these symptoms I get rapid heartbeat tightness in my chest I get tingling in my arms legs hands and feet

It’s horrible and very scary but all just fear and anxiety and the worry is overwhelming.

We are not alone that’s one thing I can positively relate to having anxiety

Hi Nat your post has really hit home last two days bad breathing issues again can’t seen to get enough air into my lungs and twitches down left side of face my anxiety is through the roof sitting hear trying to do my deep breathing but all logic out the window take care my friend and stay safe xx

Aww honey hope I haven't made you worsen

Have you been checked out to put your mind at rest

But saying that we like to stay away from anything like that when we poorly through fear well I know i do ive only ever rang a ambulance once in 20 years that was the other day
