Well therein lies the problem. Until you tackle your health anxiety you can have a thousand physical checks and you will never believe the doctors.

What are you doing to treat your anxiety?

Therapy don’t start until the 14th

There are lots of things you can do to help apart yourself apart from therapy. Many of us have given you lots of suggestions. Have you followed our advice?

Good. Once you understand more, and start taking some control over your anxiety, the fear you are experiencing will lessen a bit.

Good luck with your therapy.

Okay and question ? Is it normal to feel short of breath after taking a little walk

Yes. So are chest pains, indigestion, joint pains, and a host of other bodily symptoms. Google it for more guidelines.

It’s hard for me to see you put a lol as if you are playing down the severity of the extremism you put in all of your threads. I read all your threads, you suffer from so many different grave illnesses and conditions every single day like failing heart, shortness of breath, Diabetes, over eating and indigestion, cancer, going blind, lack of vitamin D, throat problems, .... I know I’ve left several off.

hypercat54 is right (and read the link she posted) you get advice and you also get reassurance but it’s short lived. Lulu-1 wrote a long reply the other day as well (none of these illnesses have you contracted as she stated) you take advice for the few minutes you get it and hours later your back.

I hope this therapy is actually set and this works for you, there is no one here on HealthUnlocked that I follow that needs this more than you do. I’m a mother of 2 daughters and if my daughters were suffering like you I would have had them in therapy right away. So, if you are truly over feeling like this every day, therapy is what you need, I also think you need to be on medication coupled with non medicated therapy like CBT. Behavioral therapy will do you wonders as controlling your behavior and reactions to what is happening when you experience anxiety which is daily (probably every minute of the day, and like lulu-1 said, you are very very young, have a long healthy life ahead of you...seeking treatment is your cure, HealthUnlocked can support but there’s things you have to do to not let anxiety run your life. Best of luck with therapy.

Thankyou and I’m getting therapy the process was just taking very long and I’m not getting any medication all my problems come from my heart than spiral out of control other than that I have gotten better I just think everything is related to my heart every pain or something which is holding me back

Z- Do NOT look up any symptoms other than Anxiety or Depression. I bet I could find 25 other health problems just by searching not breathing. Have you run a temperature, had dry coughing, burning chest?

I doubt it’s your Heart or you wouldn’t be writing this letter., and You wouldn’t be waiting for your grandmother to take You. 911 is who should be calling. Look into counseling. 😷🙏
