Today will be good. I will keep busy and off the couch in my thoughts. I will eat a healthy amount of food today. If I get anxious, it is okay.. Nothing bad will happen to me. I’m young and healthy. I AM going to shower today. Thoughts are thoughts. Feelings are feelings. Neither of them predict the future, you are not a psychic. Most importantly, I’ll try my best to be nice to others.

I took an hour long shower last night.. it was much needed with a calm and relaxed mind.😊 it wasn’t at the beginning of the day, but I was able to check it off of my to-do list. Progress.. is progress..
Great post anon99. Anxiety is like a feeling (sadness happiness excitement fear etc ). Feelings come and go. Anxiety will come and go. Acknowledge it and let it go.
