Black dots in eye?

So like my left eye has been dry a lot, and blurry, and I keep getting like little glares of light or a black dot if I blink fast. Ik it sounds dumb, and everyone’s eyes might do it but I know if I go to google it’s going to tell me I have a tumor. And I JUST got all my blood work done, and everything is completely normal. I also don’t get bad headaches, I get dizzy/foggy spells from my anxiety though. But when I talked to my doctor abt headaches and stuff he just told me everything I said to him wasn’t very alarming at all. I’m just trying not to work myself up about it

I have had all you describe , only one thing that might be worth doing is getting your eyes tested

They actually are better than Doctors to check everything is fine and nothing sinister , so could be worth looking into

I agree with lulu-1 see your optician, they will definitely be able to help you, it could be just dry eye or occular migraine neither being life threatening, but at the very least would ease your anxiety, once again, do not google.
