Whole body weak

My whole body feels weak outta nowhere and my heart is beating fast I feel like I’m just idk about to faint I’m really scared idk what to do I’m only 16 and I’m so terrified idk what to do I feel like I’m going to have a heart attack

It makes me quite sad to see so many young people now suffer from fear and anxiety. As you try to understand things around you or that have happened and are out of your control, you internalize it. This can cause a constant fight or flight response leaving you in a constant fear and arousal. To top it off you are probably not eating healthy or sleeping well or exercising which really weakens your body and mind in addressing these challenges. There are so many side effects from pain to numbness including twitching, shortness of breath, headaches, vision problems, palpitations, stomach problems the list really can go on and on and they are all caused from being anxious. I know when i was young you could not convince me that what i was going through i was literally doing to myself but you will believe me if you turn everything around by eating healthy, drinking lots of water, start your day with strength and determination to handle everything like water off a ducks back. You will see for yourself.
