Hi all I not been feeling my self all my neck is hurting and this awful head pressure making me feel funny I hate this anxiety so much anyone else get this with the funny head fuzz

Yes. Try paying attention to your shoulders, relax them and see how much they drop away from almost touching your head! You are really tense.

Yes you are not alone. I have had it everyday all night for a few years and lots of Neuro symptoms. And nothing can be seen on mri. It’s terrible. I hope you find or found relief.
