My calves are so crampy. I haven’t drank much water. Could it be from that reason? My anxiety makes me think of blood clots everytime I feel an ache or cramp

Crampy Calves
I remember I used to have anxiety so bad my body would ache, cause my body would tense up.
I was thinking it could be from me being so tense, but at the same time I’m like.. in my legs? Lol. Then I imagine myself holding my legs tense and I just don’t get how.
When I get bad anxiety, I tense my calves, or clench my teeth, try drinking water and taking a warm shower or bath
Its highly unlikely you would have blood clots in both calves its probably the dehydration and were your tense x
Dehydration can cause many problems. Cramps included.
Magnesium or potassium levels could be low? Try Epsom salt bath.
I’m in the same boat I some hoe convinced myself it traveled to my lungs lol it’s so exhausting and scary
I think about this daily. About how people just drop dead from a blood clot in the lungs. Then panic.
I used to get like this. Started mayday bank holiday I had shortness of breath and chest pains, my left leg was swollen and my d dimer came back at 538. Had an ultrasound on my leg they couldn't find a clot. The doctor said people who have a clot their d dimer level is like 15-1700 over the 500 marker limit. I got told it was asthma and was put on a fostair inhaler. I went back for bloods two week layers my d dimer was 519 so it has come down. I had been doing my peak flow which is around 480 so now the asthma nurse isn't convinced Ive got asthma. I get pains in my legs all the time and they tell me it's down to my weight. I also used to stress about clots because we have them In the family it's my worst nightmare that I won't wake up and leave my daughter all alone. The doctor told me If I had a clot my symptoms would be getting worse and I'd be bringing up blood etc and there's no reason to suspect a clot in my leg would travel to my lung. I try to keep going each day I think I have hayfever as it presents with the same symptoms but who knows, I get anxiety now where I feel the heart palpitations I try deep breaths to just keep calm but it leaves me exhausted, I to have had chest x Ray, ecg, bloods, doctors listened to my chest and all my stats are clear and fine it's horrible I'm hoping when I go back to work and I'm more active it will settle down as I won't be thinking about it so much, I also started taking cod liver oil for my achey legs xx
Yes, dehydration can be the cause! I heard that drinking pickle juice or eating a spoon full of mustard is good for Charlie horses if that is what you think it may be. But definitely try to drink more water!
Hiya try drinking more water or use magnesium oil. Works amazing for crampy aching muscles. I get sore legs from my anxiety!
