I’m probably going to be posting a bunch throughout the night.. So I’m apologizing in advance. I’m in the hospital. I’m afraid. I don’t wanna die. I go from calm to freaking out. From feeling normal to feeling all kinds of symptoms. Then I get scared and think I’m dying. Then it gets worse. Then it goes away. I don’t wanna die. I wanna live to see my baby and raise her and go home with her and my puppy. Has anybody been this scared during labor? I can’t see myself going home or holding my baby band raising her. I keep hearing a lady yelling a few rooms over. I think it’s triggering me. I don’t know.

Anxious
I'm a guy so I can't relate about labor but I was there when my daughter was born.
I realize that this is all stressful for you, but I hope you can at some time, take in the moment that what you are about to do is awesome. Literally life changing. I wasn't planning on my daughter but it was the best thing that happened in my life. The night she was born was a blur (I had to fly back from working out of town and just got back before the birth). I wish I could have been more aware and enjoyed it. I was more nervous than the mom.
You got this...🙂
