Anyone else get bleeding from SSRIs?

I have GAD and OCD. I started on sertreline a year or so ago and actually although they say it doesn't work immediately, it worked really fast for me. The second week I started feeling SO much more chilled out. I could just let things go rather than ruminating and felt content in myself. In fact for the first time in years I could tell what I wanted and cared only about what I wanted! This sounds bad, but I needed it as I was overly focussed on other people's needs and lost touch with my own. Problem is after a few days I started to bleed - a bit from my gums and also as though on my cycle...but it didn't stop. Eventually I had to stop taking them. I tried another SSRI and the same thing happened even faster. I tried Pregabalin instead and felt like DEATH so stopped really fast. Since then I have nothing and lately a trying not to drink alcohol or caffein either (boring, but hoped it would help). I just don't understand why I had those symptoms...has anyone else had them?? Did anything else work for you? Sometimes I still really want to have some help from meds. I am just scared to try another SSRI... any feedback or experiences would really really appreciated.

I believe it does i started spotting as well. I was on seroquel

Thanks for responding. So annoying. I have given up on medication for now, but am less stressed...or maybe not! ha
