Regarding Protests in the USA

Just a reminder that we are an Anxiety Support community. Many people have strong opinions about many different things. Our community is about supporting each other around anxiety. There are many opportunities to voice opinions, create rallies, and change the world. Our community is not one of those. Anxiety-related feelings regarding being a Black person in America are appropriate...diatribes against Trump, etc are not Anxiety-related. Please refrain from posting opinion pieces and comments that are not related to our community's goals.
