I don’t wanna fail

I’ve been doing so so well the past few days.. I woke up feeling so anxious today and fearful. I don’t wanna fall back into the bad days. :( if I don’t calm down now I fear I’ll throw myself into a panic attack. My thoughts are turning negative and scary.. please please don’t do this brain. I guess I will force myself out of bed and go sit outside and hope it goes away. I wanna cry 😢 does a really cold wet rag on the face help anybody else calm down? It’s my go to whenever I feel anxiety coming on.

Hi anon, whatever helps a cold rag on your face, a splash of cold water...

If you feel like crying, go ahead. It can be a good release of your emotions

and help rid yourself of those thoughts. How are you doing now? :)xx

Hi :) I’ve been anxious off and on all day today for some reason. Still feeling pretty anxious but I’m still doing things not just laying in bed. :(

Great anon....give yourself credit for not staying in bed.

A good first step each day. Getting washed and dressed

for the day even if there is no where to go will help as well.

It's like telling yourself "I'm ready world, bring it on" lol xx

It’s so hard and scary, Agora. :( Keeping busy does help I found out. I’ve been doing laundry, cleaning, played catch with my dog outside, and now I’m at a softball game. My leg is just bouncing away. :p It’s just my thoughts scaring me and then I’ll get a sensation and ugh it makes it worse. But, onward we go. How are you today? x

I know are hard and scary it is to accept these feelings of anxiety.

Anything worthwhile is difficult. No matter what it is. Once you

start seeing some results, you can ease up on yourself and reap in

the benefits. Oh and that bouncing leg will go away as well. :) xx

There is nothing that you are experiencing that I haven't as well.

My comments are always about my own journey with anxiety.
