I have not one- but TWO appointments in the morning bright and early. I already feel myself being nervous. Making up scenarios where something bad will happen while I’m there. I’m just going to breathe and take one step at a time..

I know what you mean.

When I'm feeling like that, the first thing I do is make my bed, open the curtains and drink water. Then I go for a walk at least 20 min and listen to music.

That helps to distract yourself from those thoughts a little bit.

Maybe you should try to find something that you feel comfortable doing.
