Veins become prominent and suddenly hurt

Veins in my wrist, palms and inner elbow joint suddenly become prominent blue and during this time I can feel some pain/tiredness and heaviness where veins are prominent. This lasts for 5-10 mins and then it goes away.

This happens 3-4 times a day.

Any idea why this could be happening ?

I am guessing extreme gas, as I burp a lot and then it seems to get better. Not sure if that could be related.. any pointers ?

GPs are not considering any thing serious at this point.

PS - I have looked into all dangerous explanations which ultimately leads to death. Here to get some non life threatening “it will get better on its own” sorts of possibilities 🤪
