The beast is here agin. I have surgery Friday on my shoulder. 3 different tares and I’ve been feeling amped up hart pounding mine out off control. All different symptoms from chest to stomach. Need some relief can’t go a day without this happening. What I’m supposed to do I’m stuck in a cycle
