What are some of y’all symptoms when having an overwhelming day ?

I’m curious because I get dizzy , like my body is not my body , lump in chest , chest pain and overall weakness and fatigue I just don’t be feeling normal .

Have had them all, just anxiety doing what it does best. Once you realize you are not alone, thousands of us have had or are going thru everything you are , you tend to not to take these symptoms as seriously as you first did. Keep busy & become of service to others, volunteer or join interesting groups. I belong to a few church groups, you start thinking of others instead of yourself, & also met plenty of people who have anxiety also. It has helped reduce my anxiety greatly !!!
