Heart Palpitations/fluttering?

Does anyone else feel like their heart beats irregularly sometimes all day and sometimes I’ll go days without feeling it at all. It feels like when I breathe in it speeds up and pounds then goes away when I exhale.. it seems more prevalent when in stressed or anxious or not getting enough sleep. I had a baby over a month ago so I’m still adjusting to being not pregnant but the palpitations that increased when I was pregnant (because I was extremely anxious the whole pregnancy) are still here here and there and I went to the ER during pregnancy and had EKG and blood work done and all was fine. Anyone with like experiences? 🥺

I have them all the time, sometime a couple a day sometime 50 a day or more, and i have had multiple scans and tests including a PET scan and they cant come up with a reason for them besides "anxiety" . If your doctor says your ok you probably are.

I had an ekg and bloodwork done during my pregnancy they said if I wanted to take the next step I could go get a Holter monitor for 24 hours but I didn’t see the need since I wasn’t having any other bad symptoms & my Fiance didn’t think it was worth the extra stress

When I was pregnant nearly 40 years ago.. the flutters got really bad, that's common then and in peri/ menopause. A holter monitor is easy/non invasive/ no pain, i had to wear one a month once. Getting your answer gives peace of mind, it may not make them go away but it wont hurt.
