Brain fog?
Sorry to ask what is Brain Fog? I get Anxiety Jolts that start from the head and shoot down the left side of my body really scary and horrible
It's kind of like you can't seem to focus, you forget things so easily, you can't seem to think clearly... it's a little hard to explain but I go through it on a daily basis.
Yes, exactly, you feel a little dizzy, like u are not 100% present where you are
Me too everyday
Trust me, I've tried absolutely everything. I think a lot of it's from being on psychiatric meds in the past and my brain just won't work. I try to stay away from anymore meds but they could help. Or possibly Magnesium Chloride Oil. Magnesium is great for anxiety, your heart, etc...
I already take calcium and vitamin D and something natural for the stress, maybevwhen i finish with calcium i would take b vitamin with magnesium
Yes, definitely try it. You can order some online but make sure it's from a trusted source. You want to stay away from Magnesium Oxide. Try the Magnesium Chloride from the ancient Zechstein seabed in Europe
The brain fog feeling is really common amongst those of us with anxiety. I had it before any medications. I wish I had a quick fix for you but all I can really offer is to say - it passes.
Hi i have brain fog now have it 4 weeks ive started citilpram 2 weeks ago & the fog is still there. I had brain fog 1year ago an fluoxetine took it away. R u on med & how do u clear yours? Thanks
I haven't found a way to 'clear' it other than letting it pass. It's not something that I feel like I have control over. I'm on Zoloft and it has been more persistent since I started taking it.
How long does urs stay for? Im gona change over 2 fluoxetine 2 mara c if it helps
It rarely lasts a whole day. I'm having it a bit right now, but it could lift at any time. Sorry that I can't be more specific.
Mines has lasted 4 weeks its a nitemare
I can relate! I'm seeing my shrink tomorrow and hope to make some changes. I'm not sure that meds are right for me, but I don't want to make the wrong choice.
I am 44.
Ive had brain fog for years since my teens.
Thought it was normal.
I struggled in school.
6 years ago I had a heart attack.
I was smoking too much due to stress at work. My main artery was clogged 💯 %.
Then one Yr later I found out that I was hypothyroid. Hashimotos..
I went gluten free for a year... No real change.
That the above is the context of what I am going to tell you next.
My brain fog is gone.
I realised that I did not process sugar very well.
It was killing me.
I stopped sweet drinks.
My coffee and tea without sugar.
I gave up sugar.
I took low sugar bread avoided rice. I started to eat low gi food as well.
Now my mind is clear.
No problems.
After 2 years I drink coke and no longer crash. My body reset.
Natural sugar is fine, I kept away from refined sugar totally and avoided it like the plague.
I firmly believe that brain fogs are the result of a chemical imbalance or intolerance.
Live and eat healthy and you will recover and overcome. This is Not normal and nor is it your imagination.
I have overcome this. So can you. Check your diet. Something you eat regularly is not working for you.
Change your diet completely.
Try for 6 months and keep a food diary.
Write down how you feel after every meal and I am sure you will find that offending article in no time. I know what you are going through.
GD luck.
Thank you! Yeah i heard a lot that nutrition is the key so i am going to eat more raw and cut the sweets. Because when i am tired my body is craving after sweets, so i am sure that is a sign that something it s not ok.
I can't do anything to get rid of it .Its debilitating and has taken control of my life.😥😣
