To start, I want to express that this is tough times we anxiety crazy people are going through. I am not going to be a victim, I just want to share with people that suffer like I do. Each day, a new symptom. Last 2 weeks I've had pain in chest, short breathing, tension behind nose, tingling feeling in fingers, back and neck ache, pain in leg and panic attacks like I've never had before. FYI I am 36. News bulletin, all feelings go once I accept it as anxiety and adrenaline. FYI, adrenaline leaves the body and cannot be stored so Panic Attacks will always subside. I am not the best at handling these occurrences and have a good wife that helps me snap out of it by forcing me to accept what is ACTUALLY happening and not to follow my own wondering mind.
I've suffered with this since I was a child but only realised what it was when I was about 30. I have history of this in my family. The media/social media doesn't help so I would steer clear of that.
My advice is the same as most, breath it out with techniques found online and change your outlook of what you are going through. Once you say to yourself that what you are feeling is anxiety and that it will leave your body you are already starting the process for the feelings to leave. Trust me I know easier said than done but it is the best way to recover. This world has overcome far worse than what is happening right now and the power to change the way you feel is only in your hands. You become what you think about so change your thoughts and your feelings will change with them. You can do this.
