Maybe your heart missed a beat, anxiety does that, I've had missed beats and heart flutters for 6 weeks, 2 doctors say it's anxiety, nothing to worry about, so I've stopped checking my pulse for missed beats and will practice accepting it. Be still my foolish heart!
Mine does this often when I lay down and get relaxed. You are not alone. It's definitely scary. I have had it for years though
