My health anxiety is making me nuts, for three days my left side under ribs gets gurgling and popping and I’ve dealt with this on occasion for years, but I’m hyper focused on this now, it seems like it happens after I eat , for 2 days now. I thought is was because of greasy onion rings, but now is anything I eat. Feels like trapped gas but only left side. Could this be something else? Doctor from hearing my symptoms over the phone say it sounds like nothing to worry about. Anyone else get this? With out being able to see a doctor because of social distancing, I can’t visit the doctor do they only can go by what I say. My mind is racing. Sorry

Is there a possibility you have a blockage of stool? I had the same gurgling , I ate porridge for a couple days and it went away

Thank you , I did yoga , and cardio , drank water and had some relief . Thank you 😊

I can’t believe I have read this as I feel I could of written it word for word! It’s been annoying me for the past 2 weeks and when I really start panicking I think it’s my heart but I ground myself to remember where the pains coming from but it’s on the left exactly how you described it, maybe it’s just an anxiety thing

My psychiatrist asked me today if I’ve been taking my celebs, and I was honest and said no, she pretty much told me that’s where my problems stem from. You don’t digest well when anxious and I’ve had this in snd off for years. I was just at Giant Eagle and bought this calming stomach tea by ”Bigalow” it has peach and Ginger in it, very good . Also watch your trigger foods. Keep in touch

I should have copied and pasted this. Dealing with this now. Left side under ribs is the stomach. A very nervous stomach. I started drinking more water and eating slower, two things I do not do enough of when stressed.

Try smaller meals and more water. Short walks or laps in the yard. Get the gut flowing.

I do yoga cardio drumming and walk , also need to by a new bike, my diet for the most kart is very good but I’ve had a few thing I havnt eaten in a shrike and my body says no, but your right small meals and eat slower . I eat quick and I only drink water snd coffee only in the morning or early afternoon. Thank You 😊
