Palpitations and ectopic beats. Scared. Reassurance desperately needed.

2 days in London. Not anxious. Walked for an hour. Starving hungry. Get in pret and then get heart palpitations and skipped beats in pulse on neck. Only started in December. Stopped sertraline in October after 3.5 years.

Had period problems on and off and got borderline thyroid results. Could it be hormonal or thyroid? So scared. Should I be worried?

Ps had this in Jan and doc did ecg and all clear. Not convinced 😕

Pps happened again 830pm in restaurant.

HR used to be around 57bpm now daily it is around 75-80.

Scared its serious. I'm only 41 😢

I’ve had palpitations for years had every test under the sun. Try Magnesium it helps.

I use magnesium for irregular heart rhythm , magnesium glycinate. Works good

Sounds like anxiety. I know the more I worry about my heart rate it just goes up. And I always get palpitations when I’m stressed. Sorry you’re going through this
