Worried about my neck

So I was feeling on my neck you know how most of us do with the rest of the ourselves when it comes to our anxiety and right under mid jaw line I felt a lump, they’re kind of symmetrical but one is lower than the other and bigger. The doctors told me when I was younger than symmetrical things typically aren’t to worry about. But they’re not 100% symmetrical. I’ve noticed it before. And people can say it’s my lymph nodes but I’m not sick, I have no sores, nothing. And I know where where my lymph nodes are and it’s not there. Should I be worried? I’m 19. I vape but I’ve only been doing it for abt a year

I would say go back to the Dr for reassurance.
