When I have an anxiety attack I get this, it can be scary but goes as soon as I calm down.

Yes, I’ve had this for many years. Maybe worth getting it checked or mention it next time you’re at the drs. Also make sure it’s not caffeine that’s the cause.

We become so sensitised that what a ‘normal’ person would shrug off , we hone it on it! Does that make sense?

Hello thanks for replying, I’ve been to the doctors I’ve had holter monitors fitted and they said their eptopic beats called sve’s but still can’t get it in my head they scare me wen I have them

Probably ectopic beats, look them up, they are totally harmless people with anxiety are more likely to get them. A lot of people don’t notice them people with anxiety notice them more get anxiety and get more due to stress. If your worried go to doc.

It could be atrial fibrillation as the symptoms are similar. Don't worry as its quite a common symptom and tends to run in family's, but go see your doctor for a check up. I'm 61 and suffer with it and my son is 35 and he has just been diagnosed with it. We both jog and keep fit. I was told it was probably my anxiety that brought it out.

Thanks everyone for replying, I’ve had a holistic monitor fitted it came bak with sinus arrthymia and a few isolated superventricular eptopic? Can anyone explain what they are please don’t understand them big words and I don’t want to google it
