Hi i got a problem that if i dont eat for 2-3 hours then my arms feel weak and my lips and face go numb i do checked bp at that time and thats normal and sugar level at glucometer is 100 dont know whats the reason and i do feel hungry all the time even after eating please help me out...

We can't diagnose you online and you need to see your doctor. It might be you lack vitamins or something so get some blood tests done.
