So I have heart disease, I had a heart attack 2017 followed by a quadruple bypass. I'm 53 and work 24 hours a week. I went back to work following rehab, but last year suffered a minor heart attack, now being treated with blood thinners.
So the worry is that I am going to have another event, my husband is working away and at night I can't stop thinking about dying. I worry that I am going to leave my kids. I have work stressing me out and talking redeployment and adding to my stress levels.
I try and think positively as my dad has the same condition and has managed it for 22 years.
