I've noticed that when my anxiety is at a heightened level my dizziness is really aggravated when I use my computer. I know it isn't my computer or my glasses because I just got new glasses and when my anxiety symptoms were better for a month and a half or so this wasn't happening. Does this happen to anyone else? If so, have you found anything to make it better? I've adjusted the font, brightness and even lowered my seat so that I am more eye level with the screen as someone had suggested in a Facebook group that I belong to.

You may be sensitive to blue light... you can use blue light filter glasses to help alleviate digital eye syndrome.
Thank you. Wouldn't that mean that it would affect me all the time, even when my anxiety isn't bad? I did just turn on the night display just now so I'll see how it works.
I never had issues with computers or bright office lights until this year myself. Using (a non rediculous version) blue light filter glasses has helped a ton!!! These things just happen as we age sometimes...
Okay so now I know I'm going crazy. I just saw that I posted this same thing a couple of days ago. I thought I had only posted it on my Facebook page. Ugh!!!
it sounds like you are sensitive to UV light.......some people like myself with multiple chemical sensitivities are " allergic" to Fluorescent lights....so we feel sick or anxious in BIG BOX STORES....and in front of computers....that use that kind of lighting...so unless your computer says that the monitor is LED type..then you prob. have Fluorescent lighted monitor....if you tell me what year and kind of computer you have I can tell you.....but YES it is very common for people to feel "OFF" "weird" or anxious from this kind of lighting....
Bunny2020, thank you for your reply. Now that you mention the fluorescent lighting in stores does bother me too. My laptop is an MSI I'm not sure of the year. I bought it a couple of years ago.
