Hi i’m new to this community and elevated anxiety in general. Up until this year i’ve dealt with what i’d describe as normal feelings of anxiety - where after a few moments, it would subside and i’d be fine afterwards. After a recent health scare though, i’ve been unbelievably anxious about the future of my physical and mental health. I had my first ever anxiety attack two weeks ago while i was going to bed which terrified me even more. After multiple doctor’s appointments within the last week i’ve been given a completely clean bill of health but i still feel SO nervous about everything and it isn’t helping that all the anxiety has been causing me chest tightness, rapid heart rate from time to time, muscle tension, some shakiness, and even some slight digestive issues which is making me feel even more anxious. I just don’t know what to do and i’m so sick of feeling this way.

You have health anxiety, same as me. It's terrifying and exhausting. Search for Trey Jones's videos on YouTube. It helped for me
