Lightheaded on and off?

Hi.

Just wanted to see if any one else gets this. I have started feeling lightheaded it's been about a week now but off and on! One min I feel fine like its going and then it comes bk. I was also getting a "funny head" on waking up but that would go abit after getting out of bed! I've checked my blood pressure with my home machine and it's been fine ! Do any of you get this ?

Are you taking any meds? That can do it.

I'm not on anything anymore! Think I drink enough

Over breathing aka hyperventilation can cause you to feel light headed or off balance. This is a very common symptom with anxiety. It wouldn't hurt to mention it to a doctor though just to rule out anything else. Sinus problems could also be the culprit and you would need treatment (antibiotic) if they're infected.

My neck and bk have been bad for awhile and the doctors said it was probably my neck making me feel weird! She checked me out ears blood pressure listened to my chest heart rate had me following her finger and touching my nose and said all that was fine. Went to the osteopath and he said my muscles r extremely tight and the muscle going up to the base of Scull was really tight and that's why I've been feeling a little woozy and getting tension headaches. Worked his magic and has helped alot got to go bk tomorrow for another session fingers crossed that should be it.
