I knew it was stupid to use my partner son as out lawyer and i did because my family ask me to. I do not know what happen with over 85k dollars i was to receive. Over a year ago I ask the DA in New to investigate. My problem it is over 9 years and i still can not get over my stupidity. It does not seem to be the money as much as feeling stupid.

I have been on over 5 different meditations for anxiety. anyone know if talk therapy will help? I just want to forget and move on I am over 85 years old. i need to stop these medications.

9 years is quite a long time to still be carrying around that experience you had. Have you ever been to see a therapist and if so, long enough to obtain treatment and management of your anxiety?

Talk therapy and something called CBT may give you the right tools to help you manage your anxiety. Medications can help, but using them as directed and under the supervision of the ‘right’ doctor working with you in ongoing therapy.

You never forget those life’s experience that have a profound effect on your life, but you can stop allowing it to effect you negatively on a daily basis.
