If you suffer from Anxiety (like i do) try breathing in deep for 4 secs, hold for 4 seconds, and breathe out for 4 secs. Repeat as many times as needed. This will also help you lower blood pressure. I hope this helps.

Thanks for sharing. I do a similar breathing but mine is 5 slow breaths in, hold for 7 and 5 slow breaths out. As I breathe in I think all the positive things and calming things I hope for and whenI breathe out I let go of the anxious feelings and negative thoughts. It is so good we have this forum for each other to encourage and support. Have a blessed day. 🤗
