Help with heart palpitations

For some reason my heart palpitations are picking back up the last two days. Any advice on how to control them?

I'm suffering lots with this too and I've tried everything to stop them but nothing works, I've read holding you're nose close you're mouth then trying to blow out pretty hard I tried it but maybe didn't blow out hard enough

Me too its the one symptom I really can't deal with I've never taken anything for them because the doctor said my blood pressure is too low so wouldn't give my anything, I do have diazapam but I'm scared to take it 😦

What's diazepam? I tried a beta blocker and couldn't take it because of my blood pressure.

It's a very good drug really it helps you're body relax so you don't feel anxious I wish I Cound take them but I'm too scared oh that's the same as me my blood pressure is too low so my doc wouldn't give me beta blockers either

Me too!  I drink warm water & it seems to help most the time.

Has anyone ever tried Ativan to help with them?

Hi Beth,  By the time I was on Ativan, I was already on blood pressure and heart medication for Atrial Fib.  I do know that Xanax erased all the fast heart beats, skipped beat and palpitations for me years ago.

Thanks.  I'm not for sure what's triggering them to come back I'm so sad.
