Unbalanced feeling and weird head feeling on period

Anyone gets dizzy or like a swaying on a boat feeling on a period ?

There's nothing to be scared about going through the change as it's been happening to us poor women since the very first humans. It's as natural as childbirth, and birth and death. We are lucky now as there is medical help to get us through it, so don't turn it down out of hand. HRT worked well for me and it could for you too. x

I got dizzy a lot and had migraines. Are you on antidepressants? Some mds will use very low dose to help with the anxiety. I have a friend using one and she feels great with it.
