Hello everyone maybe someone can help me , I’ve been struggling with anxiety or panic attacks . I can be laying down and all of a sudden my mouth gets so dry and I feel like my heart had stopped . Then I start to worry and feel as if I’m about to die . Now it feels like something is blocking my air way but I’m breathing it’s so weird ? Should I go to the Emergency room? I only feel better when I’m chewing something minty .

That is definitely normal anxiety signs. If chewy a mint helps, then by all means get a bag of mints, some meditation music, and reverse those terrible feelings. You be the winner of the anxiety!!!! Show it who’s boss. Let it know that when those feelings come , that just means it’s time for you to , get your mints, try getting a heated blanket, I did and it helps, and make yourself cozy. If your brain drifts, let it, but not long, and bring it back to good thoughts.! Good luck and stay positive through it all. That is the only thing that helps me the most, otherwise it’s going to be hard
When your mouth is dry it does feel hard to breathe and mint makes it cool
