Hi got a question that is it possible that bp gets low after a meal is it some sort of disease or it's just because of anxiety and depression?

Hi Mariadeart, according to the Harvard medical journal, many people can experience

low b/p after eating a meal. (after all, the digestive process is a complicated one)

What they suggest is drinking a full glass of water 15 minutes before eating a meal.

Try eating several smaller meals. Watch your carbs when eating a big meal.

Relax after eating a full meal, while your pressure may be lower.

Of course, always bring this to the attention of your doctor who knows your health

history and can provide a proper answer. :) xx
