Blood pressure can fluctuate during the day. The only time to be concerned is if it remains too high or too low over a period of time. It's not a good idea to keep taking ones blood pressures too often.
Am always anxious that my BP will go down and I will fell down
I would think that highly unlikely. The more you worry the more it will effect your blood pressure. I used to have anxiety over mine and kept taking it until I realised I was doing more harm than good. I do not worry about it anymore and just take it occasionally. Try to take your mind of it and do not worry. Maybe you could see your doctor just to reassure you if it's worrying you so much as they would put your mind at ease.
You don't need to do anything as your body will automatically take care of it. Unless a doctor has diagnosed a problem with yours that is, has s/he? If not and you are worried why not make an appointment and get it checked. x
BP can fluctuate all day long... I was taking mine way too much also and that alone causes anxiety...you worry when it too low or too high. Mine has been 88/68 at rest and 165/98 at rest when I’m experiencing anxiety ... it doesn’t stay there.,..Are you on a BP med???
Get checked by your Doctor and then STOP checking it ....you “will not” pass out..
I’m 69 and if anyone has any thing to worry about, it would be me at my age...your fluctuation in Bp readings is normal.. I’m a retired Emergency Dept RN..what was your low readings??
Well my BP is normal Everytime by the grace of Allah but am anxious all the time about it..
Dehydration can bring your bp down. I am low, my Mom low and my Grandmom was low. She lived into her 90s. My mom is 80. I am 50 and not in great shape right now since i lost 20 lbs and had the most stressful year of my life but I am hangin in their. Every time I go real low I am told to drink water ... They give it a lil while and that usually brings it up some. So staying hydrated will certainly help but it is nothing to fear. I know easier said than done. I also have health anxiety so I completelt understand your concern.
Aw shit I am 49 until the 27th! Don't want to rush it!
Basically the only way for it to remain stable is to remain at ease throughout the day, be sure to eat well & drink well and to rest after doing vigorous physical activity. Believe me I understand your concern as I too worry about my bp being too high or too low, luckily it's mainly in the normal stage and although it may seem hard now, trust me you will get through this and I promise you you are okay 🙏🏼
