Does anyone anxiety or depression get worse in the winter like ur tired more feeling miserable because it gets dark early and longer

Yes for me. I hate the winter cause it depresses me more. I am here for you. Maybe we can help each other.

That’s why I moved to Florida. I had the Seasonal Depression thing along with my regular depression and anxiety. And I couldn’t stand the cold. And lack of color on the landscape. All that grey, black, brown white was ugly. I wanted greens and colorful flowers. So I definitely understand.

I don't like the cold weather & when it rains & gets gloomy during the day. I get more anxiety in the morning & during the day & do better when it starts to get dark out earlier & I seem to calm down & don't know why. I also do better when it's time for bed. Today, my anxiety is at an all time high & I don't feel my medicine is not working & my husband is gone working at his Paramedic job. He is retired from his full time job & still wants to work part time & I hate when he is gone. Our son lives about 35 miles one way from us & I don't see him a lot. I scared & afraid today & been praying to God a lot. Thanks for reading my post!❤️🙏🙌🙏
