Yes. What’s helped was my magnesium intake, eating mango chunks daily, drinking passionfruit juice, drinking chamomile tea/honey , limiting phone time , etc. those are some of many things that get me relaxed enough.. also exercise daily -do some type of activity.
& don’t eat after 8pm

Of course! I hope , if not a few, at least one of these methods work for you, do you can be more relaxed , then get enough sleep.
I feel like if I can get a good whole nights sleep I'm more manageable the next day
