When you dont get enough sleep...

I couldnt sleep lastnite so bad, I went to bed at 9pm slept at 3am.....my anxiety is on edge today

You guys get this

Yes. What’s helped was my magnesium intake, eating mango chunks daily, drinking passionfruit juice, drinking chamomile tea/honey , limiting phone time , etc. those are some of many things that get me relaxed enough.. also exercise daily -do some type of activity.

Of course! I hope , if not a few, at least one of these methods work for you, do you can be more relaxed , then get enough sleep. :)

I feel like if I can get a good whole nights sleep I'm more manageable the next day
