I wake up 2-5 times during the night. i don't get good sleep because of this. does anyone else have the same problem and what do you do when you wake up and can't fall back asleep?

I used to get this, I found that getting up and doing something then going back to bed helped me fall back asleep
Hi I've started using essential oils such as lavender helps. You can get something called aromaball which you roll onto your pressure points and smells nice I pop it on to relax if I've woken in night. Also try some mindfulness activities to help to go back to sleep. X
You could try taking magnesium about 30 minutes before you go to bed. Cut all sugars and artificial sweeteners and caffeine after 2pm. Put lavender oil on a tissue under your pillow and always make sure you are in bed with the lights out by 10pm. Also Rescue Remedy sleep aid is a great homeopathic remedy that helps with sleep. If you wake up in the night you could try sniffing your lavender tissue and sing a soft relaxing song inside your head or if you are a believer then spend the awake moments of the night praying.
