Heart skipped a beat or??

So me and my boyfriend got in a fight and I wasn’t noticing any signs of anxiety but I was laying down watching tv on my phone and everything was fine I was calm, and I felt like my heart stopped for a second. I couldn’t breathe, i felt it all the way in my throat. I don’t know what it is or anything, and I’m worrying about it. I have bad mucus and acid reflux, so is there any chance it could just be a bubble made from my mucus that stopped my breathe intake? Or a heart palpitations, which I’ve had those before but they never felt like that.

Could be an ectopic beat which is harmless. I had an argument with my mum and felt them its caused by the adrenaline x

Could it still happen even when I’m just laying there though?

Yep. I've had them laying down, sitting, even when not anxious. Even turning over in bed from one side to the other.
