I’ve dealt with anxiety for several years and I know there’s lots of symptoms that we can feel in our body but I feel like one of the most frustrating symptoms is I get tingling sensations or electrical sensations up and down my arms and in my legs. I wake up with it, seems like I go to bed with it. I’ve been checked out by a neurologist and everything is good. Does anyone else experience symptoms like this? It almost surprises me when I don’t have that tingling feeling, that how much it happens. Also, what I like to call ‘jelly legs’ I feel like my legs ache and feel so heavy.

I feel these symptoms sometimes, i think its an imbalance which cant be tested for. You on any meds
Jelly, heavy legs are a classic anxiety symptom., I get that occasionally.
And I would expect the tingling too, after all you said that you have been checked out by a neurologist.
I'm not being unsympathetic when I say this, but worrying about our symptoms gives them credence and they remain or get more intense.
We have to try not to give them our full attention and they will go away. It's happened to me.
Best Wishes
If you have been checked out and all ok I would say it's the adrenaline pumping around your body ?
When my anxiety was at its worst I would wake up with similar feelings all down the backs of my arms and around my elbows
Have you ever read any of Dr Claire Week's books She describes those symptoms in detail especially jelly legs
Have a look at Anxiety UKs website Anxiety Conditions Type in "jelly legs" and it will come up
I do hope you get relief soon
Take care
