Intense short panic

Hi all, hope you're all well.

I was wondering if anyone else can relate to this.

For the past couple of weeks I've noticed that I'll be doing something ordinary, such as watching TV, walking, cooking and I'll get a weird irrational thought which is sometimes related or unrelated to what I'm doing. Stuff like, that tree looks out of place or that car is a strange colour.

This will cause a sudden release of adrenaline which is really intense and I don't feel grounded. This only lasts a couple of seconds. It's not a panic attack as such, no sweating, no palpations, no heavy heartbeat, no dizziness, none of the symptoms of panic. I did think it might be a bit of derealization or depersonalization.

Just to add, I do have slow release anxiety throughout the day.
