I can feel your pain of falling out of bed, it’s happened to me in the long distance past. So I’m hoping you have a Sheet so that you can tuck yourself in securely. If you haven’t got one, you could try the Charity shops for a good value one or buy a new one. You may get more replies if you lock your post.

For your safety, it might be a good idea to put in a mesh bed rail that tucks under

the mattress. :) xx

I fell out of bed a couple of times a few weeks apart late last year and was lucky I didn’t hit my head on my side table.

I now sleep on a mattress on the floor just in case.

But getting out of bed isn’t so easy off the floor at 62 but I’m sort of used to it now.
