Anxiety and swallowing

I have been having trouble swallowing, the more I think about it the worse it is. I don't know if anyone else has gone through this but it's making me crazy!

I understand this completely! I’ve also been having dry mouth like 24/7. I don’t understand why this is happening.

Yes! I drink like a gallon of water a day and it seems like it's still not enough!

Going through the same at the moment, I have copd/emphysema and ibsc/diverticulosis and its making my anxiety go through the roof, which of course exaggerates both conditions, catch-22
