As you can see I’ve been gone for a good WHILE from this site.

It hasn’t been this bad for months on end, feel like I’m back at square one.

Does anyone else wake up after an hour of being asleep, heart pounding from no where. Trembling, feeling sick. Like you’re going to actually die.

Feels like the life has been sucked out of me. I’m so scared I feel like there’s something seriously wrong because it’s never happened in so long.

Keep checking my pulse.

Someone tell me I’m not crazy 😭

Hello Emily! You aren’t crazy! Anxiety has its way of silently reappearing. Take some deep breaths for a good amount of time. You’re going to be just fine. It’s just your body misfiring and telling you that you’re in danger but you are not. You are safe. You are healthy. You are going to make it.

That makes two of us! Up until 4am this morning I thought I had been doing ok for the last few months. Then I woke up feeling exactly the same as you. I was convinced I was going do die and felt like I was going mad. I've just joined this site an hour ago.....feel like I've gone back in time to last year when symptoms were hell. Like you I feel like I'm back to square one and have spent the day questioning and analysing everything. Its debilitating.

It’s so exhausting. This site has helped me through a bloody lot ! It’s an amazing way to connect with people who feel the same. In a sense it makes me feel so much better knowing I’m not alone in this. Hope you are well ❤️
