Head pressure

Hi guys i have A question does anybody else here have head pressure like heavy on top of head and like cold sensation blurry vision sometimes very fatigue and also back neck pain i been havin. This for 3 months now and my dumbass googled my symptoms and of course i got brain tumor or a brain anerusym smh im geetinG and MRI in 2 weeks n im fuckin scared asf

That feeling like someone's got your head in a vice, and everything else you mentioned, they are all common and classic physical symptoms of anxiety. And since you already know that you suffer from anxiety, it's extremely likely that anxiety is causing these symptoms and that there is nothing physically wrong with you.

I'm glad you scheduled an MRI scan. While you are waiting, you can very safely assume that there is nothing physically wrong and that your scan results will only serve as proof of that. From there, you can find the best way for you to recover from anxiety and say goodbye to anxiety-related physical symptoms. You will get through this!

I have those same symptoms. Had those same tests and they were all normal.
